Cake machine
This machine is used to produce different types of cake fingers with sesame or black seed according to the request. The machine is flexible to use to produce different types of cakes.

Dough thinning stage
The thickness of the dough can be controlled by a roller that controls the enlargement and reduction of the parchment cylinders to compare.
Dough thickness at the level of the molds
Dough forming stage
After the dough is rolled out, the dough passes through a food belt to the molds. Sesame or black cumin is sprinkled over the dough before it enters the cylinder. The dough continues to pass through the molds until the dough is cut into a rope.
The rope is sized according to the user's request.
Dough rolling stage
After forming the dough, it is separated from each other using stainless steel razors specially designed for this step. The dough fingers are spread out to fit the size of the baking tray on which it will be placed.
Dough cutting stage
After the dough is separated from each other, it is transferred by a food belt to be cut using a stainless steel knife. The finger lengths are programmed via an external panel to allow control of the required length. Then the dough fingers are arranged on the tray that runs automatically. The required number can be controlled inside the tray.
