Stuffing machine
- The machine can receive two colors of the outer dough and distribute them on the surface of the grain in a homogeneous manner. Different types of internal filling can be used, for example (chocolate - nuts of all kinds - dates). The machine is easy to disassemble and assemble all its parts to facilitate the cleaning and reassembly process. The quantity and thickness of the outer dough can be controlled, as well as the internal filling and the final size of the grain, and the speeds can be varied for all stages.
- Controlled through an easy-to-use colour touch screen, the programme can save many shapes in an independent memory where you can save (20) pages and each type has a special page that can be referred to when needed. The machine can also be used to produce kibbeh according to demand.

Printing machine
- This machine receives the grain from the stuffing machine and shapes it. It is the machine that gives the grain its final shape through the molds that are added to it, which are according to the request to give the grain that suits the request. The request can be easily changed to give different shapes.
- The machine, like other machines, is equipped with a programming capability through its own computer with an easy-to-use program that includes enormous capabilities for controlling it. It is equipped with several languages, including Arabic, and contains several memories to save each item and connects it to the stuffing machine in independent memories to work with it when needed.

Pastry row machine
This machine receives the grain directly from the printing machine or from the stuffing machine in case there is no need to form it with molds and only pressing, and it immediately arranges it on the final baking trays. This machine maintains the speed of production, maintains the shape of the grain without being touched by hands, and coordinates the distances between the grains on the sheet. An automatic feeder for the sheet has been allocated to this machine so that the machine can arrange the sheets one after the other automatically.
